Aintell is a Sydney-based AI strategy and implementation practice serving Australia and New Zealand, the wider Pacific, and selectively into Asia — built on architectural DNA, deep regulated-industry experience and a simple promise: you'll always know what will actually work in your systems, and what won't.
Aintell's DNA was forged over a decade and a half of building and running complex systems — engineering, technical leadership, enterprise architecture and CTO roles in the demanding kind of industries: fintech, payments, banking, lending, logistics, government statistics, accounting platforms and travel tech — most recently architecture inside a UK bank-grade platform provider, where every design decision has to survive an auditor's questions.
Aintell was founded in 2026 after watching the same movie too many times: organisations buying AI ambition from people who had never operated the systems it has to run in. The models were never the hard part. The architecture, the data, the integration and the governance were. That's the work this practice does.
Career roles — employed and contract positions. Listed as experience, not clients of Aintell.
"We won't claim to have shipped ten production AI products at scale — almost nobody honestly can. What we bring is a decade and a half inside complex, regulated systems, and the judgement to tell you what AI will and won't survive there."
Aintell is deliberately not a leverage model. It's a lean, principal-led practice registered and operating in Sydney, working with organisations across Australia and New Zealand, the wider Pacific — Fiji, PNG, Vanuatu — and selectively into Asia. Senior architects and a partner network of trusted specialists, scaled to each engagement instead of a big-firm bench billing juniors to learn on your systems. With the professional infrastructure enterprise procurement expects.
Three engagement types, one standard: the AI Readiness Assessment to establish where you stand, embedded delivery to build agents and automation that survive production, and advisory and workshops for the decisions in between. We also build and operate our own products — including writespace and HomesFJ — because running production software keeps the advice honest. Essays and analysis live in our insights.
